Indulge in the Ultimate Self-Care Experience Our 60-minute Head Spa treatment is designed to promote hair growth, restore scalp health, and rejuvenate your skin. Each session is thoughtfully customized to ensure maximum relaxation, comfort, and results. Before Your Head Spa appointment: For the best results, please avoid washing your hair on the day of your appointment. Natural oils on your scalp help enhance the effectiveness of your treatment. We also ask that you refrain from using styling products such as gels, sprays, or serums before your session to ensure your scalp and hair receive the full benefits of your Head Spa experience. What to expect during your appointment: Halo Water Therapy – A soothing rinse to relax the scalp and prepare for treatment. Deep Cleansing Detox Scrub – Removes buildup and purifies the scalp. Shampoo & Conditioning – Leaves hair clean, soft, and nourished. Oil & Herb Treatment – Organic ingredients stimulate circulation and strengthen hair follicles. Light Reflexology Scalp Massage – Relieves tension and enhances blood flow. Lymphatic Drainage & Sculpting Facial – Reduces puffiness and refreshes your skin. This treatment uses only organic products to nourish your hair and scalp from root to tip, leaving you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and deeply relaxed. Please Note: Services, tools, techniques, and sequences may vary based on your individual needs and session timing. While our videos showcase a variety of methods, not all may be used in every session. Each treatment is carefully tailored to provide optimal benefit, comfort, and efficiency. Contraindications: For your safety, please refrain from booking a Head Spa if you are experiencing: Scalp infections, cuts, or open wounds Severe skin conditions (psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis) Recent head or neck injuries Fungal infections or severe dandruff Allergies to essential oils (please inform us in advance) Pregnancy (consult your healthcare provider before booking) Recent surgeries or medical treatments involving the head, neck, or scalp Chronic headaches or migraines (consult your healthcare provider) Your safety and comfort are our top priority. Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all clients and allow adequate time for scheduling, we kindly ask that appointment changes be made in advance. 48+ HOURS NOTICE: Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours or more before your appointment incur no cancellation fee. 24–47 HOURS NOTICE: Cancellations or rescheduling made 24–47 hours before your appointment are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE: Cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). NO-SHOWS: Missing an appointment without notice is considered a no-show and is subject to the 50% cancellation fee. Future appointments may be subject to additional booking requirements. LATE ARRIVALS: Guests arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or forfeited at management’s discretion. If the service can still be performed within the remaining appointment time, the full service price still applies. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply when rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival.
