Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Service Policy We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of late cancellations or rescheduled appointments without proper notice. New Clients We require all new guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete consultation forms. Late arrival may result in a shortened or forfeited service. Please note that your consultation and/or follow-up check-in is included within your reserved service time. Late Arrival Policy Guests arriving 10 minutes or more past their scheduled time may have their appointment canceled, rescheduled, or shortened at management’s discretion. This ensures we maintain the integrity of all scheduled experiences. Service Experience Disclaimer All services are customized based on individual needs, professional judgment, and time allotted. While our brand may showcase a variety of techniques, tools, and enhancements, not all elements are included in every session. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
