Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all clients and allow adequate time for scheduling, we kindly ask that appointment changes be made in advance. 48+ HOURS NOTICE: Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours or more before your appointment incur no cancellation fee. 24–47 HOURS NOTICE: Cancellations or rescheduling made 24–47 hours before your appointment are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE: Cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). NO-SHOWS: Missing an appointment without notice is considered a no-show and is subject to the 50% cancellation fee. Future appointments may be subject to additional booking requirements. LATE ARRIVALS: Guests arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or forfeited at management’s discretion. If the service can still be performed within the remaining appointment time, the full service price still applies. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply when rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival.
